The Social Services Department is located in modern premises in Garnisonen near Karlaplan with good transport links and green areas.

The Social Services Department is responsible for the district's individual and family care, preventive measures, and family treatment, as well as both authority and execution activities within disability, social psychiatry, addiction, and domestic violence, as well as the unit for financial support.

We are now looking for an administrative assistant for our administration group, a group with a lot of competence and good cohesion. Everyone has their own areas of responsibility, but together in the group, we take joint responsibility for the administrative tasks. Your role

As an administrative assistant, you provide daily support to managers and employees in the department. The role includes writing employment contracts, invoice management, orders, hardware exchanges, simple paternity cases, and being comfortable with being flexible with other administrative tasks. In this role, you will be organizationally placed in departmental support. You will be part of a group of 8 administrative assistants with a group leader and a unit manager.

Your skills and experience

To succeed in the role, you should have:

  • Completed upper secondary education, preferably in administration or economics.
  • Experience working in Excel.
  • Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is meritorious to have:

  • Familiarity with Stockholm City's operational systems, Paraplyet and Parasol.
  • Experience in Agresso.
  • Experience working in the city's systems, Portalen and 118.
  • Experience with Office programs.
  • Experience working with deadlines.
  • Experience with employment contracts, especially in the LISA program.

It is desirable that you are meticulous, structured, service-oriented, flexible, and have good collaboration skills.
